Owen has been recovering from the stomach flu for most of the weekend. I stayed home with him again on Friday because he threw up in the van after daycare on Thursday when we thought he was back to normal....thank goodness, because I ended up with the stomach bug too. 2 year olds are the worst patients ever! Owen would run around, jump, play and then throw up at night. We still can't figure this pattern out!
Even with the stomach flu, we still had some fun this weekend. We made cookies-not to worry, Owen only touched the 1 cookie he decorated. We also played outside for a very short time.
Check out Owen's light up princess boots! Grandma took one look at this picture and called Stride Right and got him some boy boots. We love you Grandma!
Grandma, Aunt Kim, and I took Abbey to see Beauty and the Beast 3D on Saturday night. She had the best time ever! She hadn't seen the movie before AND it was her first time going to a movie theatre. She absolutely loved it-popcorn and all. It was adorable to see her reaction when Belle came out dresed in the yellow gown "Ohhhh! She's Beauty!" We came home and ordered some deep dish pizza :) Yum.
